📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using the POS system.
• Process payments efficiently and securely, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, answering inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, following health and safety protocols.
• Monitor cash drawer balances and report any discrepancies to the manager.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking food and beverage usage.
• Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality or customer service a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
