📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for employees in Bali, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using payroll software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and benefit statements.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation of annual payroll reviews and budgeting.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.
• Proficient in payroll software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in payroll or accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
