📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and reports between Indonesian and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate between Indonesian and Chinese teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the organization and execution of manufacturing and equipment-related meetings and discussions.
• Provide support in training and onboarding new employees, especially those from Chinese-speaking backgrounds.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of translations and communications to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cross-cultural communication.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the Manufacturing and Equipment Department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or equipment-related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cross-cultural communication and team coordination.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required by the business.
