As an IT Infrastructure Security & Special Projects Manager at Bank SBI Indonesia in Jakarta Pusat, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of robust security measures, managing IT infrastructure projects, and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet both regulatory requirements and business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Manage and oversee special IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT security and infrastructure needs, aligning them with the bank's strategic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and security controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in IT infrastructure security and special projects, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure security and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT security tools and technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based IT infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
