📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide specialized care to kidney transplant patients, including pre-transplant evaluations, post-transplant monitoring, and management of transplant-related complications.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided in the electronic health records system.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth transition from the operating room to the post-anesthesia care unit.
• Educate patients and their families about post-transplant care and follow-up appointments.
• Participate in team meetings and staff development activities.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on transplant care preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of electronic health records systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of transplant nursing.
