🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics.
• Proven track record of optimizing maintenance operations and reducing downtime.
• Certification in maintenance management (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMARP), Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM)) is a plus.
