📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and complex motorcycle repairs and maintenance using industry-standard tools and equipment, such as diagnostic scanners, hand tools, and specialized repair equipment.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and team members, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions about their motorcycles.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technical developments and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and address any technical issues with motorcycles.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement technical service plans and procedures.
• Ensure that all technical work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide feedback on the performance of our technical services, and work with the management team to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motorcycle service and repair, with a strong technical background.
• Certification in motorcycle repair and maintenance, such as the Motorcycle Service Excellence (MSE) certification, is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work with complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as diagnostic scanners, hand tools, and specialized repair equipment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technical developments and industry trends.
