📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train a team of 10-15 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Optimize food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage preparation.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with event planners and performers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably in a live music venue or nightlife setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant hospitality tools.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health and safety regulations, and labor laws.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with the local market and trends in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
