📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on complex business transactions, regulatory matters, and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to corporate governance, data protection, and environmental standards.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, both internally and externally.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support the company's business objectives.
• Monitor and advise on emerging legal and regulatory trends that may impact the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to other departments on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, preferably in the battery technology or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Experience with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the company's legal and regulatory compliance.
