📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring that the content is engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training needs are identified and addressed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their skills and performance.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by identifying and training potential employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
