📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Nest Shop Indonesia products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Participate in training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.,Contribute to the team's success by providing feedback and support to colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
