📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.,Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives.,Conduct financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial leadership and guidance to senior management.,Oversee the implementation of internal controls and risk management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring accounting teams.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with financial software and systems is a plus.,Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
