In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the successful execution of learning and development programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Evaluate and select training providers and materials to ensure they meet the company's standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
