📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP or IFRS.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the management team, including investment decisions and risk management.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certification in finance or accounting, such as CPA, CMA, or CFA, is a plus.
