📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the design and development of industrial and transportation equipment, from concept to production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Conducting research and development to improve our products and stay ahead of the competition.
• Managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Mentoring and coaching junior engineers and designers, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring that our products are safe, reliable, and compliant with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Participating in design reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industrial and transportation equipment industry, and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial and transportation equipment design.
• Strong background in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ASME, and ANSI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
