📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Balance the cash drawer and prepare for the next shift.,Promote store products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale (POS) system operation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
