📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and implement best practices to enhance service quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
