📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control the company's budget, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial reporting and accounting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
