📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
