📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the logistics department to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to manage inventory and logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics services.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the logistics industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the logistics industry in Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
