Web Hub Cemerlang is looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee performance and contribute to the company's overall success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address those needs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning and development needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven decisions to improve them.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to help them develop their skills and capabilities.,Work with the HR team to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated with other HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
