Apotek Yoga Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Staff to join our team. As the Lead Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. This is a full-time position based in Duren Sawit, Jakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and portioning.,Ensure the quality and safety of all food products, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste.,Develop and implement food safety and hygiene protocols.,Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and recommend cost-saving measures.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
