In this role, you will be responsible for leading our internal audit team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the internal audit team, ensuring the timely completion of audit assignments.,Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Identify and report on areas of risk and non-compliance to senior management.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure the integrity of our financial and operational systems.,Provide guidance and support to the audit team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of audit activities.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
