📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Perform general administrative duties as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Lead and supervise junior receptionists, providing training and guidance as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk reception or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
