📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various recruitment channels.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and conduct interviews.,Administer pre-employment tests and background checks.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
