Direct Bloom Abadi is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting interviews and selecting the best candidates for our team,Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees,Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts,Assisting in the recruitment and training of new employees,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
