📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
