📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee all sales and marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
