FORZA Pratama is looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Pandeglang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide financial support to the management team, including forecasting and financial planning.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Provide financial training and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
