📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws,Monitor and maintain ship's log and navigation records,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival inspections of the ship,Assist in the planning and execution of ship's operations,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders,Maintain and update ship's documentation and records,Assist in the training and development of the crew

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role,Valid Master's or Chief Mate's certificate,Good knowledge of maritime laws and regulations,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Proficient in English,Knowledge of local languages is an advantage,Previous experience in the shipping industry is a plus
