In this role, you will work closely with the IT team to develop and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring that all IT solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for testing and validating software applications, databases, and networks, as well as identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for IT solutions.
• Test and validate software applications, databases, and networks.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the testing process.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all IT solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Document and report on the results of quality assurance activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for quality assurance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
